I have moved to a new location, without knowing anyone, three times in my life! One of them was a foreign country! This last time, when I moved to San Diego, I realized that the processes I naturally do are not natural to everyone else. I started to nurture my gifts and decided that what I do is teachable and repeatable - even if you are an introvert, even if you’ve never done it before, and even if you don’t know where to start.
I moved to San Diego on a whim. I had no plan and I didn’t know a single soul, and yet:
I met my best friends on my first day here
I met many new people at exercise classes (or, as my friend says, “I pick up girls at the gym”).
I went to tons of bonfires on the beach with new groups of people
I got invited to go camping in cool places around San Diego
I got to explore Mexico and Hawaii with other like-minded travelers I met on the west coast
The first six months I was in San Diego were an amazing experience of me saying “yes” to everything that came my way. The results were that I feel safe, grounded, connected, and at home in this new place.
There were things I did before moving the SET THE STAGE for me to flourish in a new place and have the ability to create a strong group of friends quickly. This is the secret spicy sauce to life that I teach in my course and can be replicated over and over again for anything you want in life!
I am offering a free webinar that goes through the process I followed - the link to sign up is here!
This will also give you a good idea of my coaching style, and what it’s like to work with me. I have coached hundreds of people in professional settings get the jobs or skills they need to build relationships and grow their lives. I have happy graduates from by beta course, who are building new friendships across the country.
My course is starting on February 4th! I hope you’ll join me!
Almost everyone I know right now is asking some version of the question: how do I make new friends as an adult. There’s tons of need for this, good kick on the launch!
